This is a program of mental peace and physical health. In this tour- program we are accompanied by a yoga teacher and a Buddhist scholar. We will be passing through some of the most pristine natural environments untouched by human civilization. The places provide the perfect settings for practicing fitness programs, meditation and
teachings of Mind and Body relationship by the accompanying Buddhist scholar. For those looking for a holiday to relieve stress amid
ecologically soothing environment this program will provide unforgettable experience. This program has been highly successful with more and more people from all over the world seeking to participate in it. At present we can accommodate only 14 people in this program.

 

ITINERARY

 

Day 01      Arrive In Delhi.

Day 02      Delhi sightseeing .

Day 03      Board flight for Leh.

Day 04      Sight seeing of Shay, Thiksey and Hemis monasteries.

Day 05      Visit Lamayuru monastery.

Day 06      Visit the Alchi Gompa.

Day 07      Drive to Stok in the morning.

Day 08      Mankarmo to Matho Puloo.

Day 09      Matho Puloo to Matho Village

Day 10      Matho Village to Tsomori-ri.

Day 11      Tsomori-ri to Tsokar lake drive.

Day 12      Drive from Tsokar to any Rebo.

Day 13      Drive from Taklang east to Leh.

Day 14      Leh – Chandigarh by flight & drive to Dharamsala.

Day 15      Dharamsala

Day16       Dharamsala.

Day 17      Dharamsala – Delhi

Day 18      Day free. Evening transfer airport for flight.

 

In this tour program we will be accompanied by a yoga teacher & a Buddhist Scholar who would give teaching on "Mind & Body" and practice meditation & yoga in the undisturbed nature which; provides a perfect environment to attain a peace of mind.
